Entrepreneurship Training Programs at the CUL EC
The CUL EC offers a number of unique and intensive entrepreneurship training programs designed to help entrepreneurs of various stages launch and expand their businesses.The nextSTEP program is a 12-week training program for infancy-stage entrepreneurs to help them formalize their business model and create a sound business plan. Graduates are eligible for a microloan up to $10,000 through the Private Bank.
The nextCONNECTION program teaches small business owners how to use technology to accelerate growth, improve operations, and increase sales.The nextLEVEL program combines classroom training with strategic consulting to help established entrepreneurs develop and implement a successful strategic growth plan. Applicant businesses should be at least 3 years old and generate a minimum of $100,000 in annual revenues.
The nextDEAL program combines classroom training with strategic consulting designed to help construction and construction-affiliated firms identify procurement opportunities and form teaming agreements that allow them to win larger contracts.The CUL EC is a proud partner of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program at City Colleges of Chicago, a $500 million investment to help small businesses in the United States create jobs and economic growth by providing practical business education, access to capital, and business support services.
