A free virtual workshop on the Transfer on Death Instrument (TODI), a simple way to pass your home to your heirs and avoid probate.
Presented in collaboration with CARPLS Legal Aid, volunteer attorneys will cover what a TODI is, how it avoids probate, and how to prepare, notarize, and file one in Illinois. Questions are welcome.
